Our expertise comes from running small businesses, talking to small businesses and learning from small businesses over the last 20 years. Our products are distributed in the USA, United Kingdom, Denmark, Australia and New Zealand.

Having a global outlook allows us to benchmark what is happening in small business, from government policy to academic research, practical best practice tools and what small business owners and managers do to build a better business.

We have offices in the USA, New Zealand, the UK, and Denmark.

In each country we have dedicated business development managers working with local providers of small business services. We work with them to meet their objectives. We do not offer consultancy to small businesses directly. This ensures there is no conflict of interest with our customers. We are not looking for referral work – any advice we provide small businesses is to help them help themselves, or we refer back to our main client (you).
