Glen writes, presents, invents, advises, designs, develops and shares his accumulated 20 years of business experience with small business people and organisations around the world. He has started 8 successful small businesses and is still a director of 4 (The Small Business Company, Guthrie and Steele, Camera and Digital and Future Capital).

Andy Coughlin CEO The Small Business Company UK
Responsible for all activities and clients in the UK. Andy has 10 years' experience helping Corporate, Government and Business Support Agencies with their marketing and communications to small businesses. Prior to that, he was in sales for IBM and Compaq.

Phil Jones Sales Manager DK
An ex-pat living in Denmark (he married a Dane) Phil has an extensive background in education across a number of sectors and for many years ran his own business in the UK and in Denmark.

Bernard Crouch Sales Manager UK
Oversees the UK sales team and is primarily responsible for driving sales into large corporate and government agencies that require our products and services. Bernard has spent years working in a range of UK corporate businesses in project management.

Gerry Carey Sales Scotland
Is the first point of contact in Scotland. Gerry has worked in a range of senior management roles including running and developing the Rangers Football retail stores. He is an expert in franchising and business systems.

Joe Kearns IT Manager
Ensures that all the IT projects are completed on time and within budget. Joe has an extensive background around innovative technology, providing design and project management expertise. He is the architect for our software strategy.

Bruce Young Content Developer
Develops small business resources that fit with our education content, providing a smooth transition between client content and the developed product. He also manages our online and portal projects.

Ian McBride Content Editor
Edits and amends all of our written content, from books, guides and workshop notes to online content and software education. He is our word smith. He also runs his own company Enterprise Publications, managing our printing and publishing projects.

Shuang Tian Flash Developer
If it needs to be animated, Shuang is our Flash guru. Shuang creates and maintains our Adobe Flash based applications.

Wei Yu .Net Developer
Wei is an expert in dot Net application development, the underlying structure of many of our web based e-learning products.

Kate Guthrie Design
Provides design support and gives us an objective view on all our completed projects. Kate has allowed us to ensure that design plays a large part in our final delivery.

Lee Mene Project manager
Lee manages all of our contracts ensuring milestones are met on time and project manages specific projects such as our enterprise education work.
